Job Description

Complete responsibility of Account receivables

Continuous follow-up with Customers and Sales Team to ensure timely collections

Resolving Customer settlements, Credit Notes, and other issues on timely basis

Visiting the Customer sites (accounts department) for Account Reconciliations

MIS for the North Region for sales team (Daily Sales report, AR status, Collection Reports, etc)

Ensuring internal controls systems as set up (in line with SOX) are met at all levels

Close coordination with Sales Team for various activities.




What we are looking for ?

Good Communication skills since he has to communicate regularly with Customer and Sales team.

Knowledge of ERP System.

Good Inter personal Skills.

Hands on knowledge of MS Excel, Word, etc

Accounts Executives shall be fully responsible for his / her own Project.

1. Projecting and Accounts us overseas and acting as our offshore office.
2. Explaining the concepts and gains from outsourcing non core activities of business enterprises.
3. Extremely self motivated, dedicated unemployed qualified IT or Web Masters professional.
4. Accounts Executives must have own PC [Desktop / Laptop] with 24x7 Internet connectivity with GSM Mobile phone.
