    Co-Pilot on the actual cargo flight operation [ PA 23 ]

Another running program for TMT is the build-up time for qualified Indian pilots
who are holders of Commercial Pilot Licenses (CPL) the details are
as follows:

OPTION 01 :

1. Additional 150 hours on a Piper AZTEC multi-engine aircraft
2. Will be as co-pilot on the actual cargo flight operation on said aircraft. An
allowance of PHP500.00 per flight is given to the co-pilot.
3. Accommodation is included but not the food and transportation.
4. Total Cost for this program is USD$18,000 [holders of Philippine Commercial Pilot Licenses (CAAP)]
5. Total Cost for this program is USD$21,000 [holders of Indian / FAA Commercial Pilot Licenses (DGCA / FAA)]

OPTION 02 :

1. Additional 100 hours on a Piper AZTEC multi-engine aircraft
2. Will be as co-pilot on the actual cargo flight operation on said aircraft. An
allowance of PHP500.00 per flight is given to the co-pilot.
3. Accommodation is included but not the food and transportation.
4. Total Cost for this program is USD$13,000 [holders of Philippine Commercial Pilot Licenses (CAAP)]
5. Total Cost for this program is USD$16,000 [holders of Indian / FAA Commercial Pilot Licenses (DGCA / FAA)]

OPTION 03 :

1. Additional 50 hours on a Piper AZTEC multi-engine aircraft
2. Will be as co-pilot on the actual cargo flight operation on said aircraft. An
allowance of PHP500.00 per flight is given to the co-pilot.
3. Accommodation is included but not the food and transportation.
4. Total Cost for this program is USD$8,000 [holders of Philippine Commercial Pilot Licenses (CAAP)]
5. Total Cost for this program is USD$11,000 [holders of Indian / FAA Commercial Pilot Licenses (DGCA / FAA)]

The programs will be run in approximately Six (6) / Four [4] / Three [3]
months to complete the actual flying hours of the Co-pilots.
